Build a Team
Team up with 4 to 5 fellow students from your school or university and bring your best ideas to life!
Idea and Proposal
Brainstorm an innovative solution addressing real-world challenges and submit your formal project proposal for evaluation.
Final Business Ready Product
Transform your concept into a fully functional, market-ready business solution ready for presentation at the finale.
Category Eligibility
Undergraduates from any university participate under University Category. School students (aged 16+) participate under School Category.
Team Size
All teams must comprise of 4 to 5 members including the team leader.
Exclusive Representation
One person can represent only one team throughout the entire competition.
Innovative Ideas
All project concepts must be original and innovative, addressing real-world challenges.
Proposal Structure
Ideas must be presented in a formal proposal following the official sample structure and guidelines given.
Idea Lock
The proposed idea cannot be changed after proposal submission. The final product may only include added features.
Final Decision
In every phase of the competition, the judging panel's decision is the final decision.

Team Registration
Team registration opened on 26th July and closed on 03rd August. Squads of 4 to 5 members registered for the competition.
Registration Flash Round
Flash round registration opens on 05th August and closes on 07th August. Assemble your squad of 4 to 5 members and register.
Proposal Submission Starts
Proposal submission starts on 06th August.
Awareness Session
Interactive awareness session held on 08th August to guide participating teams through the competition stages.
Proposal Submission Starts Last Date
Teams submit their formal project concept proposals by 12th August.
Flash Round Proposal Submission Last Date
Submission deadline for flash round proposals on 14th August.
Workshop & Selected Teams Announcement
Shortlisted teams are announced on 16th August and gain exclusive access to a hands-on workshop session with industry mentors.
UI Prototype Submission
Develop and submit the complete high-fidelity UI design of your proposed solution by 24th August.
Demo Video Submission
Teams record and submit their video demonstration of the working solution by 02nd September.
Grand Finale Event Day
The ultimate showcase at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura on 05th September. Present live to judges and compete for the Grand Treasury.
